By accessing or using the services provided by Elemental Celestial Ensemble, operating under Guizhou Qiyu Interactive Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are non-refundable. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, China.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
